Franchisee Selection  

Pizza Mia!^® will be awarding a limited number of franchises to highly qualified candidates, based on carefully considered criteria. Among the qualifications we’re seeking are:

• Self-motivation, high energy, and ability to multi-task
• Ability to recruit, train and manage food service workers
• Strong sales and customer service abilities
• Willingness to learn
• Willingness work long hours in a high pressure environment
• Ability to follow and teach a specific business system to ensure our standards and consistency
• Well-developed people skills
• Maturity, stability and high personal standards of excellence
• Sufficient start-up and working capital
• Former food service or restaurant experience is not required, but will be considered a plus.
